返金ポリシー

•商品到着後7日以内に限り、返品受付、代金返金を行っております。
•万が一、証明書の記載事項に虚偽が確認された場合、期間を問わず、領収書記載の金額を返金させていただきます。これら以外の理由での返品などは商品到着後7日以内となります。
•ご注文商品を「キャンセル」される場合は、当店までご連絡ください。ただし、配送センターより出荷していた場合は「返品」扱いになりますのでご了承ください。

•返品、キャンセルは商品到着後7日以内にお願い致します。
•返品、キャンセルをされる場合は、必ず当店に連絡後、商品をご返送ください。
•商品及び付属品（証明書・納品書など）はお届けした状態へ戻し、商品と一緒にご返送ください。
•ご返送の際にご利用になられた配送便の伝票の控えは、後日お問合せする場合がございますので大切に保管してください。

•お客さま理由による返品、交換の場合、返送料は「お客さま負担」とさせていただきます。
（例）　・ご注文の品が不要になった場合など

•当店理由による返品、交換の場合、送料は負担させていただきますので、「送料着払い」をご利用ください。
（例）　・ご注文品と異なる場合、輸送途中の破損の場合など

•一度、ご使用になられた商品、もしくはお客様の下でキズまたは破損が生じた商品
• 額装をご注文になられた場合のお客さま理由での返品、交換
• 直筆サインの個体差(位置・形・大きさ・かすれ・マジック痕有無など)を理由とした返品、交換
※商品は各国の検品を通っておりますが、日本の商品と比較されますと品質が劣る場合がございます。品質に関しての判断は各国によってまちまちですのでご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

OVERSEAS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@moment-ltd.jp. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: MOMENT Ltd. 2-6-7, Mayumi-minami, Ikoma, Nara, 630-0123 JAPAN 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
